The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional festival in China. In order to let students feel the charm of traditional culture and cultivate their practical ability, OCIS teachers and students together launched the Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake making activity.
制作开始前，学校为大家精心准备好六种味道的馅料、面团和模具，准备开工！
Before the production begins, the school carefully prepares six flavors of fillings, dough, and molds for everyone.
专业的面点师傅详细讲解了制作月饼所需的材料、工具、工序及注意事项，并现场示范。
The professional pastry chef explained in detail the materials, tools, processes, and precautions required for making mooncakes, and demonstrated on site.
大家迫不及待的拿起手中的工具精心制作：揉面团、包馅、印模……印出漂亮的形状和图案，素雅美观。
Everyone eagerly picked up the tools in their hands and carefully started crafting: kneading dough, filling, molding... printing beautiful shapes and patterns. Their finished ones are just elegant.
