金秋飒飒，清风徐徐。10月14日，OCIS的学生们终于迎来了一年一度的运动嘉年华。
On Oct 14h, a crispy and refreshing autumn day, OCIS once again hosted the annual Sports Carnival.

开幕式
Opening Ceremony
鉴于11月即将在卡塔尔举行的世界足球杯大赛，本次运动会也以“世界杯”为主题，各班从历届举办国或获胜国中选取一个国家，设计着装和Logo。学生们踏着激昂的乐曲，迈着整齐的步伐迎面走来，方阵里充满巴西、法国、英格兰、意大利、德国、西班牙等国家元素，每支队伍都别具一格，大放异彩。
With the FIFA World Cup to be held in Qatar in November，the theme of this year is “World Cup”, which means that each class designing their attire and decorations according to one of the previous FIFA World Cup host or wining countries. As the first agenda in the morning, students made their entrance parade with music representing their selected countries. Some choices were powerhouses such as Brazil, France, England，Italy，Germany and Spain. Each class was unique and brilliant.
11월 카타르에서 열리는 월드컵대회를 앞두고 있는 만큼 월드컵을 주제로 각 반별로 역대 개최국 또는 우승국 중 한 나라를 골라 옷차림과 로고를 구상했습니다. 학생들은 경쾌한 노랫소리에 맞추어 브라질, 프랑스, 잉글랜드, 이탈리아, 독일, 스페인 등 각 나라의 특색을 가지고 이색적인 행진을 했습니다.

入场分列式结束，在Robert校长的主持和开幕致辞后，全体师生庄严肃立，高唱国歌，目送国旗冉冉升起。
After the parade and singing to the Chinese national anthem, Principle Robert delivered the opening speech and officially commenced the event.
개회식이 끝나고, Robert교장선생님의 지도하에 모든 학생과 선생님들은 국가를 부르며 국기 게양식을 진행했습니다.

开幕式结束，正式进入运动会环节，不同于以往的趣味运动会，今年我们新增了800米跑、跳远、折返跑、实心球掷远等田径项目，同时保留了躲避球、飞盘、足球、射箭等趣味性项目，让孩子们感受竞争乐趣的同时，学会协作精神。
The carnival was different this year by adding some track and field events such as 800m run, the long run, shuttle run and medicine ball throwing. There were also games like dodge ball, football related games, archery, for students to enjoy fun in competition while working with each other.
개막식을 마치고 본격적인 운동회를 시작했습니다. 올해는 새로운 종목인 800m 달리기, 멀리뛰기, 왕복달리기, 멀리 던지기 등의 육상 종목과 피구, 원반던지기, 축구, 양궁 등의 재미있는 종목을 넣어 아이들이 즐거움을 느끼면서 협동심을 배울 수 있도록 했습니다.

比赛间隙，舞蹈队的同学们为大家献上了热情洋溢的青春舞姿，成为本届运动会上一道靓丽的风景线。
During the break, dance team students sent their regards with talented moves and grooves.
운동회 중간에 댄스팀 학생들이 멋있는 공연을 해주었다.

国际部师生组成的一支飞盘比赛队伍，给大家带来了一场力与美的竞技视觉盛宴。

국제부의 선생님들과 학생들이 펼친 원반던지기 시합은 보는 학생들에게도 재미를 주었다.
比赛虽已结束，但成长从未停歇，希望OCIS孩子们明白青春的意义在于少年人的敢闯敢拼，在于不被定义。道阻且长，愿你们永远无畏远方，永不止步！
What is concluded is the day of sports but not the students course of growing. We wish OCIS youth understand that the path to maturity should embrace constant breaking boundaries. Dare to win and never stop trying!
운동회는 끝났지만 끊임없이 발전하고 도전하는 OCIS학생들이 되었으면 좋겠다. 길을 가다가 잠시 멈추어 쉬더라도 포기하지 말고 두려워하지 말고 끝없이 나아가자!
